Ashley Rushing is a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience working in the behavioral health field. Her passion for working with individuals with substance abuse concerns, specifically opioid and alcohol addiction, led her to pursue a career as a professional counselor after earning her degree from Virginia Tech.
Ashley's addiction treatment training includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). In fact, she was personally trained by Dr. Kenneth Robinson, MRT co-developer. Additionally, Ashley is a certified NARCAN trainer. She’s also trained in postpartum and perinatal therapy, and she’s been providing these therapies for birthing persons & their families for over 4 years!
As director and founder of Evolve BHC, Ashley believes in a collaborative approach to mental health counseling services. She uses a blend of solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies in her practice, encouraging personal growth and expanding skills to improve clients’ lives.
Ashley aims to create a compassionate and collaborative environment within Evolve. Here, clients can identify and understand patterns in their past and present, design and implement healthy boundaries, and develop the tools needed to overcome mental health and substance abuse challenges.
Camille Nahas is a compassionate therapist dedicated to empowering teens and adults on their journey to well-being. Holding a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University after deciding to pursue her passion of being of service to those struggling with their mental health, Camille places emphasis on establishing trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard with clients.
Camille works with teens (13+), adults, families, and facilitates groups therapies; and specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, substance abuse, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitional issues. With a focus on nurturing individual strengths and resilience, she creates a safe space where clients can explore, grow, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Whether you choose in-person, virtual, or a hybrid approach, Camille is committed to providing high-quality, accessible therapeutic support through individual and group therapy settings. Camille currently has immediate availability and can accommodate evening and weekend appointments.
Lisa Dutzman is a warm and compassionate Resident in Counseling with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She values the power of human connection and works hard to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and understood. With a client-centered, collaborative, and holistic approach, Lisa meets each person with empathy and respect, honoring their unique path toward healing and growth.
Lisa partners with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them uncover patterns and address the root of their concerns. Using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs and goals, she empowers individuals to build resilience, develop effective strategies, and embrace meaningful change. Lisa is passionate about helping her clients navigate life’s challenges and supporting them as they work toward fulfilling, enriched lives.
Lisa specializes in supporting adults and couples with concerns like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has extensive experience working with members of the military and their families, offering deep understanding and care for their unique experiences. Lisa is honored to walk alongside her clients on their journey to healing, growth, and transformation.

Nolte Delk is a dedicated therapist who recognizes that every person encounters their own unique set of challenges. Nolte earned a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She engages with clients in a collaborative manner, bringing in elements of humor, authenticity, and flexibility to her approach.
Nolte provides support to children, teens, adults, and facilitates group therapies. She specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, adjustment challenges, relationship dynamics, and various concerns that impact overall quality of life. She utilizes a variety of strategies drawn from different therapeutic modalities, including strength-based approaches, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Nolte prioritizes accessible support and offers options for in-person, virtual, or hybrid assistance. She is available to see new clients and offers appointments on weekdays and in the evenings.
Laura Beth Williams, administrative assistant, has worked for years in administrative roles. Laura provides assistance to all front office responsibilities. She prides herself in creating a warm and welcoming environment so that all clients know and feel they are taken care of in a timely and careful manner.

current clients.
